For those who are paying for a subscription: This agreement is put in place between you and Drone Ag Limited (“Drone Ag”) when you agree to our terms and conditions via the checkbox during the registration process. This agreement sets out the terms of which you receive and can use our services. However, here are some of the key things that the agreement covers: 

• The package you have selected 
• Who your administrator user is
• How we provide the service to you 
• How you & your users can and cannot use the software (please also see the end user licence agreement)
• Yours and our responsibilities 
• Intellectual property rights 
• Warranties 
• Payment of the subscription fees 
• Limitation of liability (clause 9)
• The auto-renewal process 
• Ending the agreement with us and what happens afterwards
• How to resolve a dispute 

Ultimately, these are the terms on which the payer of the services is permitted to use the Skippy Scout platform, together with the end user licence agreement. 

For those who are benefitting from a subscription (who are not paying for the subscription, but they have been given access by someone who is paying for a subscription): This agreement is put in place when you access a paid subscription for Skippy Scout, termed a “EULA”, sets out how the software can and cannot be used by users of the Skippy Scout platform, including key terms like: 

• How to contact us & how to get support 
• Your privacy 
• How you can use the Skippy Scout platform
• What you cannot do (like sharing your account with another person)
• What happens if we need to make changes
• Intellectual property rights 
• Our responsibilities and what we are not responsible for 
• When we may end your right to use the Skippy Scout platform

This agreement applies to you if you are not linked to a paid for subscription, but you have been granted a free trial to use the Skippy Scout App: This agreement is put in place when access a free Skippy Scout account, termed a “EULA” sets out how the software can and cannot be used by users of the Skippy Scout platform, including key terms like: 

• How to contact us
• Your privacy 
• We may end your right to use the Skippy Scout platform at any time
• How you can use the Skippy Scout platform 
• What you cannot do (like sharing your access with another person)
• What happens if we need to make changes
• Intellectual property rights
• Our responsibilities and what we are not responsible for

The privacy policy sets out key details about how and on what lawful bases Drone Ag uses your personal data and your rights under the data protection laws in England and Wales. 

This policy also tells you how to get in contact with Drone Ag if you have any questions or concerns.
